Akaroa Butchery + Deli sausages are hand made in small batches using natural casings and NZ grass fed meat. All except the beef sausage are free of fillers and gluten free.

All our sausages (except the Classic Beef) are free of fillers and use gluten free ingredients. We use natural casings and fill and tie our sausages by hand in small batches. Our pork is free-farmed in North Canterbury and beef and lamb are South Island grown. When possible we offer small runs of preservative free sausages from our freezer.

STORE PRODUCED HAM + BACON

Using North Canterbury free farmed pork we cure and smoke our own ham and bacon on site. Ham is available by the slice at your requested thickness. Bacon is pre packaged by us in small and larger quantities, cut at 4.5 mm. Thicker cut can be ordered.
